CCs provide kinfolk with culture and cocktails by offering excellent bar and table service ,and orchestrating events and activities, while embodying the Kindred DNA.
Essential Job Functions:
Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all food and beverages featured in our menus and learn menu items, specials and food products in order to be knowledgeable to customers.Prepare food and drinks of consistent quality following recipe cards with proper production and portion standards.Greeting guests and patrons entering the building in a friendly and timely manner.Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.Remain attentive to guests, adhering to or exceeding service standards.Monitor the alcohol intake of guests in accordance with licensing regulations.Maintain and promote a positive and cooperative work relationship with the team.Performs bar opening and closing procedures.Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.Perform all duties according to safety procedures, including the use of PPE.Maintain and promote a positive and cooperative work relationship with the team.Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company.Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate.Essential Core Skills and CompetenciesAbility to take direction and follow instructions.Reliable and responsible character.Be Kind and remain friendly especially when managing multiple tasks at once.Good listening skills, with the ability to respond quickly to needs and requests.Stay organized and be able to balance and prioritize work.Exceptional service orientation, focusing and anticipating guest needs.Be proactive, show initiative and be able to problem solve.Able to perform routine work or the same task over and over again.Able to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.Ability to understand and comply with proper cleaning techniques.Ability to work effectively as an independent contributor, and as a part of a collaborative team.Ability to multi-task and effectively manage numerous priorities within a fast-paced environment.Consistently at work and on time.Work Environment:

Work is any time during operational hours to include morning, nights, weekends, and holidays.Possibility of weekly hours of work to extend beyond 40.Education and Experience:
Prior bartending and customer service experienceHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredSafety training and any required alcohol handling certificatesFamiliarity with the hospitality industryOther Eligibility Qualifications:

Standard Hourly rate plus 100% pooled tip split based on hours worked per shift.
